Simply enter your personal details—name, gender, birth date, and, if applicable, your school’s name. Provide your mailing address and contact info, and indicate any disabilities or Indigenous descent. Select your membership type (“Introduction” or “Mudansha”), age category, and belt level. You can upload a profile photo and include your NCCP number if relevant. Be sure to include an emergency contact.
Lastly, review the Waivers and Agreements, then click “Register” to complete your membership.

To ensure the family discount is applied correctly, the first family member (full price) must be the highest-priced membership in the household — typically an adult (14+). Additional family members (children or other adults) will then receive the applicable discount (20% off for the second member, 30% off for the third and subsequent members).
